- Coleslaw, 2 pkg
- Lean ground turkey, 1 lb
- carrot, 1/2
- Apple Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
- Honey, 2 Tsp
- Salt, 1/3 Tsp
- Whole wheat burger buns
- Fresh ginger, 1/3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise, 1/3 cup
- Parsley, 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper for extra taste
- Garlic clove, minced 2
- Soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp
- Onion powder, 2 Tsp
- Shredded red cabbage, 1 1/2 package
Instructions To Make The 21 Days Fix Turkey Burger Recipe
- Arrange the 1 medium bowl and putt the onion powder, honey, vinegar, salt and mayonnaise to mix and combine gently.
- Later you have to pick the cole slaw and red cabbage to putt in the same bowl and again mix well with the coating.
- Wait for the few seconds and this time you have to putt the lean ground turkey; soy sauce, carrot, parsley, salt and pepper, garlic and ginger in the same bowl and blend well by using your hands.
- Heat the grill over medium-high heat by spraying the olive oil to save the patties from burning.
- Now use the mixture and form into the patties and move over the heated grill and cook for 15 minutes from both sides.
- When the patties are cooked, move the patties over the buns and topped with slaw. That’s it.
